1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the North River AC website and connection service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

North River AC is a local referral and connection service. We provide a platform for homeowners to request HVAC services and be connected with independent local AC companies. North River AC does not perform HVAC work, repairs, installations, or maintenance.

3. Independent Contractors

All HVAC services are performed by independent third-party contractors. North River AC is not responsible for the quality of work, pricing, warranties, licensing, or scheduling provided by these independent contractors. Any agreements for service are strictly between you and the independent contractor.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request. You are responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any independent contractor you choose to hire.

5. Limitation of Liability

North River AC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our connection service or the services provided by any independent contractor.
